Halloween Beginning Sounds Sorting W and P

**This MUST be printed on LEGAL size paper**
Take two boxes of cake mix.  Cut the tops off the boxes and tape the boxes
together side by side as shown.  Print the cover page. Trim the page to fit the boxes and tape in place.  Cover with clear contact paper.  Cut the slits open.  Print the beginning sound cards.  Cut and laminate.  Have the children
identify the picture on a card.  Have them decide if the picture starts
with a "w" sound like witch or a "p" sound like pumpkin.  Have them put the cards in the appropriate slit.  When all the cards are put into the box,
you can check the child's work as the cards are in separate boxes.
