Kwanza Paper Plate Hat

Print the page below.  Cut out around the dotted line leaving the flag intact.  Put the stencil on the back side, in the center of a cheap paper plate.  Trace.  Have the children decorate the flag.
Write Happy Kwanza around the edge.  Bend the flag so it stands up and wear as a hat.
