ABC Film Canister Beginning Sound Match

Collect 26 film canisters with lids.  Using your hole punch, punch a hole in the center of the film canister lid.  Print the letters and cut them out. 
Using clear packaging tape, tape a letter to each of the containers.  Print
the pictures and cut them out.  Laminate them.  Purchase dowel sticks the same size as the hole punch.  Cut 26-5" lengths of dowel.  Tape a picture
to each of the dowel sticks. 
Have the children identify the sound of the letter on the film canister. 
Then have them find the picture with the corresponding sound and place
it in the hole of the film canister.
