Raggedy Ann or Andy Paper Plate Project

To make this project you will need one small paper plate.  Paint the plate with skin colored paint.
After it has dried, punch holes around half of the plate.  Have the children measure red yarn pieces 5" long.
Have them string two pieces of yarn into each hole and tie a knot.

Have the children use paper scraps and a marker to create a face.
