Microwave Muffins Snack

Follow the recipe below.  The muffins aren’t super bakery quality.  This is more designed to be a math and science project not a high quality snack.  They are edible and aren’t even that bad.  You should test one first to check your microwaves heat settings. 

***** Caution*****

An adult needs to remove the muffin from the glass measuring cup as soon as it comes out of the microwave.  Water condenses at the bottom and will burn a child if they attempt to do it.
