Hearty Mac and Cheese
1 package mac and cheese
1 pound ground beef
¼ c chopped onion
1 ½ c salsa
½ c corn
1-2 ¼ oz can of sliced black olives
shredded cheddar cheese

Set aside cheese sauce mix from mac and cheese.  Cook macaroni according to package directions.  Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink.  Drain.  Add salsa, corn, and olives.  Add to beef mixture along with the contents of cheese sauce mix.  Mix well heat through.  Garnish with cheese.
